I will be placing an order for a Badlands (Currently have a BB) when the order banks come back online for new orders and I am trying to narrow down exactly what I want. Hoping you all could help clarify a question I have since the sales people know very little.

The BL capable bumper comes with fog lights and the switch is part of the standard lighting panel. From my understanding the Modular bumper DOES NOT come with fog lights. Here is my question: Is there any prewiring to that location where you could use the standard lighting panel OR would i have to use one of my AUX switches for fog lights?

I like the looks of the modular bumper better but not sure loosing operation in the normal lighting panel is worth it (if that is the case) also adding in the additional cost and effort.

I am sure I am overthinking this but I'd love to hear how you all have approached this.

There's a massive fog lights thread that's got a lot of great information but it's also pretty broad. I posted my experience with my Badlands here that summaries what was relevant for me. Hopefully that will help you out.

Great resource. Thank you, I was searching bumper threads not fog light threads.

To recap, it sounds like they do indeed have the wiring there but additional effort is required via forscan to make them recognized by the vehicle. Did I interpret that right?

Yep. That's correct, and it's very easy to do.
