I know that not every company is perfect. the sheer numbers of vehicles that are put out, there WILL be stuff that is missed. I found the following as proof that no company is going to get it 100% right. Should they? Yes! Not making excuses for Ford, just saying everybody will get something wrong.
Tesla Model 3 Owner Discovers Car Was Delivered Missing a Brake Pad (thedrive.com)
I'm a little shocked that it's taking weeks, WEEKS to get commonly used parts such as what this lady needs, and to deliver a product that's missing a critical safety part is to me confusing. Missing paint, mismatched seats, bad valves. So far Ford hasn't shipped out a vehicle without a break pad! Then tried to say the noise was normal? Seriously? Uber credits!! I guess that's what you get for not having a dealer network.
