I am like others (old fuddy-dud) and store the paper in a folder for as long as I own the car. My BMW one is getting pretty thick after 20 years.
I looked at the Ford app, and the entries leave something to be desired, especially with warranty work. They replaced the entire center section of my MIC top and the entry is "Scheduled Maintenance" and the total is $0. Useless app.
