My daughter brought a used Bronco Sport. What does she needs to do to make sure the PO does not have access to the car?

Just did this with my used Bronco I bought. Add the vehicle to your app and if I recall correctly it’ll prompt you to remove the other persons account that is also linked to it. You also can reset the car to factory settings as well which the app provided instructions for.
