I tried to set up Fordpass using the email listed on my Bronco order. When i tried to create an account i got an automatic response that my email already had a Fordpass account associated with it. I tried logging in and of course the password was incorrect so i clicked on password reset and repeatedly got an errror message. I called the number for Fordpass support and the nice lady tried several different things to reset the account and finally told me that my email is just showing as a "Ghost Account" in their system and that if I have an alternate email I should create a Fordpass with it. She also said to call back once I have my account created and to talk to a "Bronco Specialist" to move my order to the working Fordpass account but she warned me to only let one of the Bronco Reps move the order over because if it wasn’t done a certain way that my order could be lost. Does this sound right to y’all? I'm really tempted to wait until i take delivery (whenever that will be) before I make that call. I don’t want to risk my order getting messed up. What would y’all do?
