I previously used ForScan to add GOAT modes, stop Auto start/stop, and remove double-honk. I am using the same device, but a license registered to my buddy, on my laptop (different from the one I used to make my mods). I want to make stereo changes this time. If ForScan displays a window saying "Found recorded profile(s) for this or similar vehicle(s). Would you like to load the selected profile? Should I select yes? I do not want to mess with previous changes. If I select no, is it going to revert to "As built" configuration? If I am asked if it is the first time I have ran Forscan, and I click "Yes", creating a new profile, will it save the current configuration as my new profile? Thanks in advance.

I always delete the vehicle profile in forscan and create a new one each time I make a change, which isn't often.

I would especially delete all profiles if I was going to make changes to someone else vehicle. Something I'd never do anyway.

Profiles do not save your modules programming, just the vehicle.

To confirm, if I start by deleting all profiles, and when asked if it is the first time I have used ForScan, I select yes, it should save the new profile, without affecting any previously revised modules? Just double-checking.
