I was curious if using Forscan is safe to use after flashing the Ford Performance Tune as the tune does flash all modules.

The FPT only changes the PCM, Forscan wont change any of that.

Awesome, thank you for your guys help!
Just FYI, you may run into one problem if you're using Forescan AFTER installing the tune. At least I did. I don't remember all the details, but there was some sort of long letter/number key that you have to input in forescan, and it can't find it automatically after you install the Ford tune. I had to go in and search for the letter/number sequence manually. I'm sure I described this to where it's as clear as mud LOL. This is only if you're setting up forescan for the very first time (mine just happened to be after I did the tune).
