I'm at Bronco Safari and there's a Forscan guy here so I had him check my previously set settings to see why my fog light indicator on the dash no longer works. After some changes, my DRLs no longer work and we're not sure why. ('21 Badlands Lux with an added fog light switch)

We checked the settings listed below, which I had enabled via this thread and some of them had been changed to "disabled" since I had previously set them - we assume a Ford update reset them.

Well, we made sure all of these were re-enabled, as well as playing around with "fog light usage" (BdyCM 726-39-01). As this was the only config I hadn't previously set, we tried a couple of different options here and the DRLs still don't work. Would any of these settings also disable DRL? Unfortunately, the Forscan guy at Bronco Safari didn't save anything prior to his changes, so I can't revert back.

BdyCM Configuration
Front fog lamps - change this to "Enabled".
Fog Lamp Switch - change this to "Enabled"
Using Front Fog With High Beam - "Allowed"

IPC
Front fog lamps - change this to "Enabled"

BdyCM (As-Built Configuration)
726-42-01-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx - Change the green value to 0101

I’m gonna start with the most basic which you may have already done but did you go back in to your sync and make sure DRL was on in there after the previous check?

Don’t know if it possibly reset it in the sync system.

I did not even realize that was an option, but I'll check it out.

Sorry, I've been pretty radio silent with horrible reception at Bronco Safari. I checked the setting and it was "on". So I turned it "off", then "on" again and all is well with the world. Thank you for calling that out! :)

Excellent glad it worked out for you, hopefully I’ll be able to join the crew at the safari next year.

Brandon,
I feel so bad that we thought we had broken your Bronco. BTW, I bought some of your traction board mounts for my Bronco and have yet to install them. It was great meeting you at Bronco Safari.

what ODB reader are you using? I just updated my halogen to LED and my DRL's aren't working. not sure I feel confident enough to change it myself though
