I had the same issue with my 21. Two days in service and they reset all my Forscan settings to recover it.

I'm having the same thing happen in my '23 Bronco Sport Badlands, and it happened in my '18 Focus as well. My wife has health issues and pulling in outside air allergens triggers her symptoms and we're PISSED that it can't be disabled. She seriously wants to ditch it because it's so lame. I agree it's dumb and should definitely be able to be disabled. Hopefully, there's a solution to this or it will be the last Ford we own. We've had a Focus RS, Focus sedan, Fiesta ST and now the Bronco Sport, all in the last 6 years so Ford needs to listen up!!!
