Four Door Centurion Classic. The Original Four door Bronco.

To the surprise of many, the current 4dr. Bronco is not the first. For the entire 2dr. aficianado 4dr. hating crew (includes me) this was the original. The Centurion Classic. My brother ran into a '96 that was never put into service, but was the reqular fire-fighting vehicle for national parks, etc. I still don't want it, but it is definitely named Bertha the Behemoth.

Centurion also made a number of other odd conversions like Econoline dually trucks for heavy towing of fifth wheels and gooseneck trailers, full size crew cab Fords before they were a factory "thing" and I imagine some concepts that never saw the light of day. Technically Ford created the Expedition off of the existence of the Centurion Classic and so the Expedition is the most direct descendant of the '96 full size Bronco. The 2021 Bronco is more closely related to the Bronco II/Explorer lineages.

Ford didn't make a 2D bronco into a 4D, Centurion did. Kind of like buying a 2006-2021 Ford Excursion from that builder in Florida.

Yep, that's a fact. My brother is trying to tell me that there is also a 6 door, but that's an F350 Super Crew concoction.
