I know as well as much as anyone else that sometimes the starbs drivethrough has brutal curbs, and as a result the beadlock bolts start resembling circles more than a hex pattern. The patches have come a long way and while many have success utilizing them by slapping a patch on the outside of a tire, one advantage of conventional beadlocks is being able to easily (?) pop the tire off to gain access to the inside if needed. Assuming you can get the bolts of, that is. So while of course we’re probably going to rub a couple while pulling up to the delivery window, it’s much less aggravating to shave a couple down while in the midst of trying for your frappacino goodness compared to several.
And of course, you’ll be able to torque them again. Which we all do while using them for offroad use only.
