Front camera relocation kit?

I know this is an older thread - but what winch plate is being used in these pics?

The fairlead is the Warn aluminum one that comes with the winch. I think they offer this one with the synthetic rope setups. The camera relocate kit will work with several different fairlead styles.

Thank you - not the fairlead, but the actual winch mounting plate attached to the bumper that the winch is mounted to.
