I like doing business in person. Give them an opportunity to fix it, go there in person and look them in the eye. Maybe it can be reasonably explained. If not, switch dealers

Agree go there in person phone calls and emails don’t get shit done anymore they just ignore them.

This is BS, they should be thankful for your business...I wouldn’t give them my money. Switch to a dealership that knows basic customer service. My order took 10 minutes and dealer got it right first time...we then checked and double checked before he submitted it.
Ordering this Bronco should be a fun experience for you!!

Why are you cancelling your order when your dealer screwed up? Make them or Ford corporate fix it.

I see no reason to cancel your order and lose your res when this is something that can be corrected by shaking the right trees.

All I know is I have gotten the run around on ordering since the banks ordered and after going through this they’re tested the wrong order. I wanted a 4 dr wildtrak sigh 2.7, lux, leather,etc.

You said you went into the dealership. They didn't hand you a preview order/summary and have you sign off on it? They handed me a worksheet that showed the purchase price, taxes, etc. and a preview order form that had the entire build on it with options, color, etc. and had me sign off on the build specs.

Also, you can just go in and have them change the build, they're not set in stone right now, you can make any changes you want.

Hi yes, I understand that. What i am annoyed with is you can go do all this and it still gets entered wrong. Its sheer lack of attention to detail. I asked to make an appointment and due to covid wanted to do it over the phone. we went through the build and process. and the email i got from ford was completely different.

I am just ranting...this should not be this hard.
