clearly this is being developed for all the folks complaining about being out in the wild with no way to charge. Having a battery back up system to carry on top is at least something other folks haven't thought about. personally i would think they could com up with some sort of solar panel...

Ford would have been better off making these out of fiberglass as the cracks could have been fixed. I haven't seen any of these yet on my wildtrak but once the weather heats up after this brutal winter i expect to see some issues with the plastic.

Yes, take the panels off and reinstall. see if that helps. I mean the roof comes off so try it out:)

Its too early to buy a 4xe. if they can't get 100mi or more its not worth it on a charge. get the diesel jeep and you will do better on the mileage

we have had like 3ft of snow here in MN the last couple weeks and I have had no issue. sounds like maybe a bad seal on airbox?
