Wife's '23 WT hardtop doesn't look right

That is one of those, it’s normal but not supposed to be like that issues on the Bronco. There is a TSB for te panels not sitting flush which I have attached.

Yeah something definitely is wrong with that D/S panel not sitting right. Looks like the seal is pinched or something. Here is a picture of my panels for reference.

Mine does NOT look like that. I'll get out to the shop and take a pic for you in a bit. Good news is, most of the attachment points are adjustable. I'm sure this will be a quick fix once you get some time at the dealer.

This all seems so silly as to why FORD cant fix this, I have a Gladiator too ( dont hate me ) and have had the front 2 peices off and on many times and its so quick and easy and look like that same type of set up I dont see why this is causing FORD so many issues, my CG 2 DR BB seems to fit nice and smooth too but this HT thing is all so crazy

Mine doesn't look like that. It should sit much flusher. I would take the panel off and check the seal then re-install. I will say when I took delivery mine looked a little off and I realized several of my clamps were in the open position. I had to close them and was damn lucky they didn't fly off during transport.

So wife has had her WT for a month now. I cleaned it yesterday after a trip down and back to Houston when I noticed the top didn't look right. Anyone else seen this? As you can see below, the driver portion is higher than the passenger side.

This one is from the passenger side. You can see molding folded towards rear of driver section as well as at the front.

Our other one is a soft top so I'm not familiar with how the hardtop should lay, but pretty sure this isn't correct. I've never taken the top off in the month we've owned it, but wondering if I should check it out or just let the dealership be the first to investigate. Traveling to TN in 3 weeks so hopefully this won't be an issue...

Did you ever just take the top off and look at it? It is not like you need an engineering degree to do it.

Legendary Ford fit and finish.

My 95 Jeep Wrangler had a rusted top windshield bar and the soft top would drip from right around there directly onto my knee, and I couldn't move where my knee was; it was literally like water torture on a long, lonely four hour drive between Houston and Dallas.

I would recommend taking them off and reseating them to see if it improves. If not better, take it back to the dealer and see if they can adjust it. I wouldn't wait until it starts leaking.

That's the way it's supposed to be. But I would pull the panel anyways and make sure it's not folded under at all and reseat it.

Yes, take the panels off and reinstall. see if that helps. I mean the roof comes off so try it out

Remove the windshield header trim panel. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-05.
Does anyone know how to do this step?

Make sure you put it on and take it off in the correct order. Simply looks like it hasn’t been installed correctly.
