Guessing it's similar to a bar code for scanning a part number. Did you try scanning it with your phone?

I took a ton of them off when I fluid filmed the underside. They are part tags and the barcode is modern assembly line / parts tracking stuff.

There's a few QR codes around the Bronco, usually tying it back to the manufacturer date and plant that it came from.
