Any updates Shane? Was hoping to get this installed before a big trip in October.
Thanks for checking in. I got the prototype charger bracket test fit into our Bronco, and it fit 100% perfect, first try.

There will be an Omega version of the lid on top of the batteries which holds all the wiring components. The Bronco lid prototype should be ready within a couple weeks. It matches the dimensions of our Gen 3 Bronco lid exactly, just with the Omega components mounted to it, so I expect that to be an easy test fit as well. Then we'll get it in production.

Best case scenario, looking at early October to be ready to ship. When is your trip? Thanks for your patience! I'm pushing this as quick as possible!

Sorry, to clarify, I was referring to our Gen 3 Power Hub. That's our other dual battery system that uses a smart isolator to charge both batteries with the alternator.

The Omega system uses the Redarc Alpha charger to charge the accessory battery.

The Gen 3 lid and the Omega lid both sit on top of the batteries to hold them securely in the tray.

Gotcha!! I am actually running the Gen 3 myself !! For a while it seemed like there wasnt enough charge for my auxillaries and it was doing worse than the stock battery. Subsequently realized that the peope that installed the kit never transferred the auxillary connections from the cranking battery terminals to the genesys busbar and the dash just kept lighting up with charging system needs service messages all the time. These always went away but were annoying when coming on. Still looking forward to the lithium system and will probably put a Cascadia on the hood for a solar system trickle charging mechanism.

@genesisoffroad Any update on the availability of the Bronco kit? I'm considering a dual battery setup, but don't want to buy one now if something new is coming imminently.

We were almost ready, we got the first production batch of the Bronco Omega parts a week ago, but ran into a manufacturing "oopsie" so we scrapped the first batch and we're remaking them. Can't ship products that don't meet my standards!
I expect to have them ready to ship by Black Friday or shortly afterwards.

Thanks for your patience, I really appreciate it!

If I plan on running two AGM batteries, does the Omega system still offer an advantage over the Gen 3 system? Are there any situations where the Gen 3 is a better fit?

Great question. Both ways have their benefits and limitations. It depends on your needs.
We sat down with Erich Ross from Redarc to talk through these differences between our Gen 3 system which uses the alternator to charge both batteries in parallel, and the Omega system which uses the Alpha charger to charge the second battery independently. Please take a look at this video and let me know if you have more questions.

Super clean setup. Received mine last week. Appreciate the detailed install video as well. I'll be upgrading from your DIY dual battery kit, hopefully in the next week or so.
