Baja alters traction control to allow for more slippage on sand. You do NOT want this on pavement. In general, you don't want to use any of the off-road modes on pavement for this reason. Even mentioned in a video about the modes.

As far as we know right now, there is no way to easily replicate Sport mode on the Badlands. Only chance is if someone figures out a way to modify the settings (or unlock Sport if it's just hidden) through so sort of software trickery.
Curious if this will be an option for a Ford "Performance" modification.

On my Raptor I got a custom tune from a Cobb Protuner. I put in a larger inter cooler. I run 91 octane. I don’t use the Goat modes any longer. I can set the gas pedal from the tuner. I used to get in, put it in Sport and disable the engine shutoff every time. The tuner also overrode the shutoff mode.
Spent less than $2,000 for all. Went from 450-525HP.

also can change tire sizes via tuner.
