You'd have to ask the guy that made up that chart.
It's just early guesswork, based on the F150 Raptor, and should not used as the basis of any decision-making.
Thanks

Here is a full estimated breakdown of the terrain Management System in the new Bronco aka G.O.A.T. mode.

keep in mind these are only assists. And can be manually adjusted if you so choose.

also doing some digging. Couldn’t really find a big difference between mud and sand. I’m guessing mud is going to be more aggressive.
Great info. Thanks.

Has this changed at all with model years? What is the source(s) here? I'd be quite keen to see the Raptor included, which has a sort of generic "Off Road" mode instead of Mud and Sand. Even the lengthy users manual doesn't seem to have complete information on what happens to throttle, steering, exhaust and trans for all modes.

That chart is old and unsupported. It was basically someone's early guesses, based on the F150 Raptor.

Thanks. Good to know. Would be great if Ford would share this. Maybe it could be determined by individually changing each adjustment immediately after choosing each mode.

So I am guessing on my badlands I could select Baja so that I get the electronic advantages of aggressive throttle response, hard trans shifting and tight steering, then manually select to go back to 2H and it would essentially be the "sport" mode that my trim level is missing for fun on-road driving??

To be precise, you'd want to select 4A to better replicate "Sport". Sport goes for 4A on models equipped with the advanced transfer case--which includes Badlands, I believe.

Can I use Forscan to delete some modes? I don't need Normal or Eco
