M2DZ-8200-EAPTM is the part number. It won’t come painted though.
Or maybe you mean the outer banks grille? That one is M2DZ-8200-DAPTM but also won’t come painted.

It likely just was the grille that came with their Bronco that they took off to sell. Perhaps they liked a different grille better, maybe they bought an aftermarket grille, who knows.

Replacement parts you can order from your dealership/online will almost never come painted. So if you want them painted, you will have to pay sometime to paint it (or paint it yourself).
