https://hardtophotel.com/ I didn't know this was a thing came home at lunch today and my neighbor was having his jeep hard top removed and stored and rented a soft top from them.
I am still happy just having a soft top lol i didn't want to wait any longer than I did. Just figured I would share for the people that would like this kind of thing.
Not sure if other areas have this type of business?

I am blown away that there is enough of a market for a service like this to be a viable business.

I (sorta) need this! For a hardtop though. I have a bit of a pickle, and a hardtop would get me out of it. If I could rent a hardtop for a week, it would solve a lot of my issues.

I'm heading down the the Outer Banks in August with my family of 5. (2 kids & a 90lb dog) I'm trying to figure out how to get everyone and all our luggage down.

If I had a hardtop I'd have roof racks and I'd throw my Thule box up there and all the luggage in that. But since I have a soft top, I'm lacking space.

We have a Tahoe, so right now I think I'm leaning towards towing the Bronco down behind the Tahoe on a trailer.

Actually, what I'm really hoping is my mom and her husband join us (house is big enough) and I'll just tell them to leave their car, and my wife will drive the Tahoe down, and I'll drive the Bronco down, splitting the load between the 2 cars. Probably dog in mine, luggage and kids in hers. 😁

but yeah, if I could borrow or rent a hardtop for a week (with roof racks) that'd vastly improve my situation.

We're also staying in one of those houses that no roads lead to, and you're required to have a 4x4 vehicle, need to drive on the beach to get there. While the Tahoe would make it just fine, this is literally what this Bronco was made for! I want to drive it down, remove the roof, remove the doors and not worry about them until we drive home.

Cool. I've always wanted to stay in one of those beach houses on stilts.
