Are they seriously that expensive?? I thought the Armadillo tops were crazy expensive....but it seems like a steal compared to 10k prior to painting.

That is crazy expensive. Those tops better be the best on the market. I am not an engineer but the flimsy metal clamps that secure the top to the bronco look a little weak.

At Ford's MSRP pricing, yes they are seriously that expensive. You may be able to get it slightly cheaper depending where you buy it, but it'll likely be close to $10k either way. They also have to be pieced together, because Ford doesn't sell just a whole painted hardtop "kit"

They should, my wife has the white HE top on her '23 OBX. Hers is a 4D though, and we didn't pay 10k for it either.

This is the new painted top, not the old one from Anderson. The new ones aren't $10K on a Bronco ordered on the lot, they're $10K when you buy one from Ford afterwards. In other words, get it at the time you buy the Bronco, or forget about it.

Understood, but hers is not from Anderson, it is the Ford OEM white HE top. Fit perfectly.

Remember the ADV hard tops, they were like $7500 plus shipping. $10,000 for a OEM top from a dealer doesn't sound so crazy to me, it expected its going to be expensive. The best deal is the TOR for $4500. I was one of the first and its a great top.

I priced the Armordillo with color match and it is around $8,500 for the Raptor. I would go that route as there are few Raptor options anyway. Gonna have to save my allowance for that one though.
