Just picked up a 2025 Heritage and there are clips on the side window of the hardtop. I assume these can be removed? Look like spacers for shipping or gluing the windows in.

Should have been removed by the dealer during their PDI. Those clips are often overlooked. I followed and stopped a local Heritage owner explaining that they can be removed. He had no idea. He was driving around for 6 months not knowing.

I agree. Let’s face it - dealers aren’t the best….

I still have mine... Been a year. Waiting to replace torques with rockwork and special bevel washer

You have the removable windows. The Heritage owner that I tracked down didn't. You still don't need to retain the clips. Guess it doesn't hurt to hold on to them.
