Looks interesting but since they are using Torque as a unit of measure, I can't see me buying them, just on principle.

I saw an older thread with these awhile back....I'm still confused WHERE you use them? Do they replace something or just ADD themselves?
They replace your bolts that hold your hardtop on. With these, you dont need as Torx screw bit to remove. The d rings give you something to tie down to.. I believe GPCA sells a cargo cover that fits that pattern (I know they do for Jeep, not sure if they have for bronco yet.)

Ive put quick disconnect screws like this on all 3 jeeps.. makes it easier to remove

Same. I use the ones on the right in their comparison picture. While not difficult to install/remove, I can see how the larger ones would be easier.

I haven’t, but these seem like an awesome idea. I’ll be picking these up if my Bronco ever comes in!

what makes these "quick disconnect" ? I'm pretty sure electric impact is quicker you still have to unscrew the same length bolt. Only advantage I can see is no tools needed. Am I missing something

I installed them. Nice to have tie back options, plus tool free removal:

No tools needed, the quick discount might be an over statement. But I do think it's a good idea.
