So I wanted to order a custom tire cover. I designed the following graphic for my cover and submitted to Mud Digger:

Now this is a $199 custom tire cover so I have some expectations, but I don't think they are too high. Or maybe because I'm 55 they though I didn't deserve a 25yr old looking raptor graphic and gave me a 55yr old raptor. Anyway, these don't look the same to me and it has been a week since I rejected the proof....crickets chirping...I have not head back from them in a week and my order still says it will ship 10/9. Please don't send me this:

Please let me know if I'm being overly critical...but these do not look the same to me.

Looks like they took a picture they already had in their library. Either that or
1. They used AI which decided to "enhance" your art.
2. Their staff artist did their own interpretation of your art.

I ordered a Race Red tire cover for 37” tire from muddigger and it’s sitting in my garage. In my opinion the “Race Red” color arrived in dull brick red and the cover itself could have fit over a 40”. Very loose and after a short 50mph drive it was all bunched up around the camera. Took it off and here it sits. Also the material is just vinyl.
I have found the covers from Boomco or Boomerang offer the soft cover which is comparable to Ford covers made of denim vinyl. If I ever decide to order another one I would use them, very comparable in price.

I received a response today and said the original design was pixelated. New design sent...we'll see where it goes. Submission:

Here is the delivered product. The ink peeled in the box. @MudDiggerDesignCo please let me know what is needed to send a replacement as customer service says they need to escalate this to make a decision.
