I love the roof rack although I'm having to redesign the front plate so it doesn't whistle. A rubber seal is a sad stopgap.

PLEASE release this for those of us that bought the original design. I have the rack and love it for hauling stuff around but even with the rubber stop-gap the whistle has returned in colder weather for any speed over 50mph and its awful.

I received your tailgate box for Christmas, it is damaged In the box. All 3 hinges broke loose from the rivets that attach them, which is concerning. The customer service email on your website is invalid. The “24/7 customer service“ form says it won’t be processed for 2-4 days. your customer service phone number does not accept voicemails. How might I receive some help with this?
