Ordered twice—the second time they ran into production delays and called me to inform me of the delay. I had ordered three different lights, and only one of them was delayed—so they offered to ship me out the first two lights immediately if I opted to go that route.
I don't much about the team behind Heretic, but if I were to guess they are a very small operation. So they may not have a dedicated person managing emails (although I agree they should have responded by now).
