I purchased the JCR winch plate for my 2023 SAS Badlands with Capable bumper. It took a little while to get it, because they make them as ordered. No problem it was right on their webpage they wait times. I received it a few weeks ago. I installed it last Saturday along with some lights. After I got it installed, and replacing the plastic caps I realized I needed to trim the plastic covers to fit around the mount.
Fast forward to yesterday when I got a phone call from JCR asking how I liked the mount, and how did the install go. I stated I had no issue with it. Just made a remark that their instructions need stated anything about cutting the plastic caps to fit around the top of the mount. The person on the phone with me stated he would pass the feedback along. It is not hard to figure out where and how much to trim (cut).
I don't think I have ever been called by a MFG rep asking how things went. The only thing I keep getting is Please Rate us on Google Trip Advisor etc.
What a nice touch figured I would share.
