Hood / Fender alignment

Finally got a chance to check out a Bronco in person at a local dealer. While I was pleased overall, the hood/fender alignment immediately drew my attention. It was even more obvious sitting inside. Is this really "Normal"? Both sides were the same. Also note the dents on the hood. Based on other reports of dents. I really hope these hoods are not so easily dented.

Mannequin model I looked at was exactly the same on the hood to gender gap alignment.

I test drove one yesterday and was surprised how obvious that was from the drivers seat. I searched on here and found this thread to see if it was normal. I was not a fan.

The WT I test drove looked the same. Unfortunately raising it up will leave a gap at the grill, so maybe the design was intentional.

Since it appears to be normal, have to wonder if it has to do with with countering a whistle or something.

Mine has the same thing, hood sits below fenders, one side about a quarter inch and the other an eighth. If I try to adjust it even a little up the hood ajar alarm pops on.......So guess it is supposed to be that way. Brand new.

Yup. My 2023 is like that. I dont mind it as long as its equal on both sides and it is.

Adjust the rubber bump stops that are under the hood at the front corners. They just screw up and down and will raise where the hood sits and also stop the hood flutter when driving down the road.
