How to turn on 3 amber grill parking lights at normal driving

I thought those 3 amber grill lights came on with the lights at normal driving mode, but I realized they only come on in park or if I turn the light switch up one notch out of the auto mode while driving but then that also dims the other LEDS around the headlight and I have to turn the switch back where it was when I exit the vehicle or it dings.. Is there a way to turn these on all the time with the switch in auto. I don’t know why this isn’t like that to begin with.

Forscan. There is an option to use park lights as DRL that would have to be enabled. I did it on my rig.

Thanks. I bought the FORscan tool and downloaded the software for something else, which I have not done yet, but I’ve never done anything like this before. It’s a little intimidating. Not sure where to start.
