So I’ve recently ordered a custom trailer from Stealth and it will have electronic brakes. I assume the bronco has the controller or will have to add it. I can’t find any information about an integrated brake controller in the towing supplement. 22 WT Lux 2.7 auto sas with factory tow pkg. The trailer has the capability but I don't believe I will need brakes. The trailer weight will be around 1300 lb with a singe 3500 lb axle. What I will transport is very light so gross weight won't be above 2000 lb. The trailer is essentially a 5x10 Titan widened to 7' with tucked axles like a car hauler. Matte charcoal Polycore with the blackout package. Should look really good with my cyber orange hard top WT.

I went with a wireless system. It’s awesome.
I’ve seen nothing that there’s a brake controller preinstalled on the Bronco. I could be wrong.

Brake wiring is there on tow package but you need to install an actuator. There’s a bunch of threads on here about adding one. Ford offers a unit so I’m sure your dealer can install if you want, but I agree with @RedShiftWT81650, not seen it offered from factory yet. I do differ a bit on wireless vs hardwired as I have trust issues with the former. We pull horse trailers a lot and in buddy’s trucks, I’ve seen lag response both starting and releasing brakes with wireless. Problematic when it brakes too hard or too long and the momentum shoves all horses up to the front.

Bingo, this is the one offered by Ford. Have it for my Bronco.

It's just your typical Redarc brake controller. This only difference between this and the ones directly from Redarc is it has the correct wiring to wire it all up to the Bronco.

I used FordPass points, so this guy was $Free for me, but if you already have a Redarc for whatever reason you can just use that. (Will require some extra wiring obviously.)
