Is there a soft top screw cover someone can suggest for this?

I'm looking inside my soft top, and it looks like this screw would scratch the paint if I put the soft top all the way down.

Has anyone from a screw cover prevented this?

I just installed the IAG easy open/close (which is what the bungee cord is).

Go to Ace or Tru Value and buy a nylon acorn nut. But I don’t think it hits anything.

That knob would hit before the screw would. But neither of those are the culprit.
The rotation doesn't put that section in danger of hitting the roll bar.
It's the actual frame itself that can hit when you try and raise the top up from one side, alone.
I've placed a few felt pads here and there, reduces the (potential and actual) noise of clacking parts, helps some.
The IAG strutss do seem to help a lot with lifting the top up straight, but again, with the added force it is easy to knock the roll bar before you realize you could.
Long story short, no problem with what you have circled. I would not worry about it.
