Has anyone installed the canvas soft tonneau cover on their Bronco?

If so, can it stay in-place with the soft top installed?

How sure are you?
I have one, but it looks like where to soft top bolts on makes it impossible to bolt the top on without slicing some new holes.

Would be great if it does work though.

No- the rear area tonneau cover only works with the top completely off.
