Almost:

BL, 2dr, AMB, 2.7l, Mid (or High), MIC roof.

Edit: One waffle though is Sasquatch.

Was going to get the modular roof but since Ford upped the price on us auto people, I'll pass on it for now. Want to keep it under $50k so depending on what the dealer does will determine my final answer.

I am set on: A51, 2.7L, Lux
95% sure: 2 Dr
50/50 on: FE vs BL with MGV
Waffling on: Sasquatch on the BL

Outstanding questions:
Is the extra 16 inches of space worth getting a 4 Dr?
What trim highlight color does the FE Black interior have?
Is the FE carpet easily replaceable with the rubber flooring from the BL?
How much more impressive are the 35" tires vs the 33" on a 2 Dr BL?

...
Also, they giveth Man-Squatch and then they taketh it away from me.
Why did they take it away, or just because they announced it for 22MY?

Iā€™m final. Need to free myself of this and Iā€™m driving the wife crazy. Done with upgrading an OBX. Sticking with the BL for resale for only a little bit more and will have fun wrapping and customizing interior/exterior parts. OBX sas is super overkill after seeing 35s in person.

Here is what I want: 2 dr, 2.7 V6, Mid package, tow package, big enough tires that support my midlife crisis.

I would like MGV seating too.

This leaves me with basically two options. BD Squatch, or BL non-squatch/squatch.

I have also come to realize that I will never use the automatic sway bar disconnect, so with a squatch package making basically every thing else suspension-wise equal...I may as well pick the BD. Save $2-4K and add other aesthetics to my liking aftermarket.

This is what happens when Ford gave me too much time to ponder.

P.s. don't push back ordering again and give me more time to ponder. Thx.

I have a question. While doing my builds, when you look at the summary to save or print does anyone notice the base MSRP doesnt match? It actually changes with your options. Shouldn't that always be the "base" and it builds from there. Like base for WT IS 46KISH but base msrp in summary that we will send to dealers was over 48k then options and doc and everything added to that. Did I miss something already explained?

Did you include the $1495 destination charge that makes the base 2dr Wildtrak $48,475.

Thats added in below msrp price in the review, msrp doesn't include that. That's what I'm wondering..another glitch

Finally... I stripped my build down to the meat and potatoes. First time I've been 100% satisfied and confident that this is the right one. It took all of the complexity and uncertainty out of the equation.

Straight up 2 door Badlands with the only options being Cyber Orange and Lux. Anything else I want on it, I will do after evaluating all aftermarket and factory options at that time. Plus, why offer potential delays where not necessary? (I'm crossing my fingers on the MIC top being darker than pictures)

I had initially placed my reservation on the badlands, but Ford made the basesquatch too damn good of a deal. I think I'm set on a 2-door 2.7l oxford white basesquatch.

Only things I don't get that I initially wanted are vinyl heated seats and A51 paint, but giving up on these and going basesquatch 2.7 literally saves me $7.2k. More to throw at the aftermarket ;)

I'm all done with mine, going into the dealership tomorrow morning to lay down my deposit and get my order in the banks.

WildTrak
Oxford White
Floor Liner
Step Rail
Lux Package
Graphics Package

Pretty straight forward build.

Don't need anything else fancy for the time being, since I plan to put an aftermarket bumper and bash plates on it.

If by some Miricle I got pushed to 22 (which may happen) and Ford offered the BD in Lightning Blue..... well I would change to it in a heart beat... other than that Iā€™m done
