2023 Bronco Badlands Sasquatch

Hi guys,

Looking for a shop near SoCal for a “long travel” build who will install the parts below (and the parts not listed that are needed) and who won’t try to upsell me on $20k worth of carbon fiber fenders.

APG and RTR are the only ones I’ve found who will build new shock hoops but their pricing seems high.

Front extended upper and lower arms
New steering
Upgraded front diff?
Extended rear trailing arms
Raised rear shock hoops
Dana 60 rear axle
Shocks
Fiberglass
Rear bumper

Why don’t you try JD Fabrication or Richer Racing. They are both down by you.

There are a few companies offering bolt on kits (Baja kits, Hamburg, wicked creations, foutz motorsports). They are all designed to run shock in the factory coilover pocket. But any of these kits would work if you eliminated the pocket and ran a shock hoop. Just a lot of labor and I’m not sure if you would really gain much travel numbers.

Right so you’re saying if I wanted a larger travel increase then I would probably need something center mounted? which isn’t even realistic..

Definitely check out Wicked Creations. They have built a few long travel Bronco's and their builds are built right. They have done a TON of Toyota stuff too, but their Bronco builds are solid. I almost went with their kit until I decided to just do King coilovers as I really didn't need a long travel kit.
