I dont think it’s Phoenix if using only the picture of the soil is any indicator. I’ve lived here my whole life and rarely seen any multi colored soft soils like that on any trails I’ve been on.

It’s likely to be the same wheel seen in the photos from the other day. No other reason to blur it out if it doesn’t reveal anything big. Probably a Bronco emblem in the center.
