I don't mean to bitch (ok, maybe venting), but I'm close to jumping as a 7/14 res. The complete lack of information and communication from my dealership has nearly soured me. Doesn't matter how many times I call or email, basically nothing. They'll resurface after 2-3 weeks of nothing, answer a few questions, then disappear again. All I want to is them to confirm moving me to September build to add the hard top prep kit ... yet they force me into constantly hounding them and I hate it.

EDIT: As if posting this made them respond to my emails. This is what the GM said: "
Your order hasn’t been pulled yet, and the next pull is for September production. This means when it is pulled for production it will be for a September or later production date."

Mic Originally, but switched to soft a few weeks ago.

We have the same build...except I'm SAS.

The dealer responds to me pretty quickly & I really appreciate that.....but the communication from ford has been basically NOTHING. I switched from a WT to badlands after seeing that brown trim on the seats....I have the order printout from my dealer & was there when he submitted...my order hasn't changed on my reservations tho on ford.com....really bad job on behalf of ford.

I don't expect to see it in 2021. I was number 104 out of 109 at SAC allocations before later reservations started being pulled up. I don't think there is any way I end up within allocations this year. Unfortunately time stamp has a lot less meaning now than nine months or so ago.

Yeah you're right. Its all about what packages you have....& I have three deadly sins LOL, SAS, Hard top, tow......im probably a 2024 build lol

Very early in the morning. I don’t actually think it matters anymore what time the reservation was placed.
