Hello, everyone

I'm planning to make a light above the gas pedal to illuminate the main driver floor area, but I'm debating whether to design just one light to illuminate, or a light + cover to cover the ugly wiring harness and parts!

Please give me some advice and let me know if it's necessary to add a cover plate, or just the lights?

Also I want to know should I design the license plate bracket on the left or right?

thanks

A light and a cover to tuck it away would be awesome. Not only will it look better, but will eliminate any chance of your foot getting caught in any wiring when trying to push the pedals.

Even more than this, I'd like lighting under front seats to illuminate the rear passenger area, as well as lighting in the cargo area. Many people have used simple Govee lights plugged into the cigarette plug.

There is already built in lighting for under driver/passenger feet ? (look in setting to adjust/turn on)
I want a rgbw replacement option, I had the 7 shades of icy blue

I do have LUX package, and on mine, the lights were turned off from the factory. Found the setting in SYNC, now both footwells have lighting.

OP...may be easier to order the harness and/or light from Ford.

As I said, a colorshifting plug and play solution would be godsend
