Loose engine part. Is this normal ?

Little help here.
I just got my Bronco back from the dealership.
* Cam phasers issue.
It’s been fixed, no more rattle
(I was told they had to lift the engine out for this)

After checking the wires and just having a look under the hood, I noticed that this part
*shown in video
(Im not sure what it’s called) is loose and wiggles more than I like it to. Normal on other broncos ?
Also, it has some oil residue around it.. Normal ?

Can anyone check their Bronco and confirm if this wiggle/ loose part is normal?

I have a 23MY Badlands 2.7L, and that also moves on mine. Yours seems a little more loose? But hard to tell by video.

is the zip tie mount on the harness conduit tightly held on yours?

Mines a ‘23, Raptor trim, and was also loose from factory. It’ll tighten down easily with a zip tie tho.

Looks like that’s the issue. Just need to
Zip tie it down a bit more.
