Loud Buzz and Rattle from Dash (video)

‘23 Wildtrak. 10,000 miles. This started happening today on the highway. Only lasts a few seconds each time. Various speeds with no change in intensity or rhythm. Turned off AC, no difference. Tried searching the tags below with no luck. Any ideas?

Id guess it could be some of the dash "frame" hardware may have loosened? Definitely sounds like a metal to metal vibration noise from the video. Have you had the dash apart, possibly the metal plate behind the knee panel?
Or it could be the Borg sending you a message to get ready for assimilation, 50/50 chance.

Definitely alien in nature

Haven’t had any of the dash apart and no matter where I hold the dash when it’s happening stops it. I don’t feel the rattle anywhere; I just hear it, and it startling. So far it’s only at highway speeds (70-85), but there’s no rhyme or reason to it. It doesn’t matter if I’m at a consistent speed, accelerating, or decelerating. It only lasts 1-5 seconds at a time. I was on two one-hour drives and it happened approximately every 10 minutes or so.

Forgot to mention 2.7L automatic.
