I want to give big thumbs up to MAXWELL FORD in AUSTIN. Starting with reservations management, Christine did a fantastic job under difficult circumstances. She was responsive. Sometimes it took a few days, but considering the emails I'm sure she was getting, she was timely.
My salesman, DAVID TERREL was professional and knowledgeable.
The dealership stuck to the MSRP.
Delivery went smoothly and paperwork was processed without any surprises.
A small after-delivery repair/installation was handled with ease.
