Looks like my Off-Roadeo date is synced up when this safari is happening! My girlfriend and I will be driving from the Denver metro area on Friday and heading back that Sunday. (A short trip, but sure to be a memorable one.) I'll watch this thread and see if we have time to stop in town for the fun! If you all like BBQ, Spitfire Smokehouse is pretty decent and fairly priced. We stopped there last year when we rented some RZRs.

I am leaving from Lorena, TX on April 30th with a May 1st arrival. I have accommodations for May 3rd, 4th and 5th. I have not been to Moab and do not know where I should stay on May 1st and 2nd.

If you're looking to pay for a hotel or hostel, pick any place that you can afford. Moab isn't that big and you really can't go wrong as long as the reviews are OK.
