The mounting locations for the Bull Bar would be a great location for a light bar ... either all the way across (but may clock the camera) or individual pod light mounting locations on either side.

I’m getting around 2.7 degrees for the bend in the area you’re calling the compound curve... does that sound right to you? Also, when I offset for the thickness of the bracket, should I go towards the bumper or away from it? In other words, is your 1 3/4” dimension from the face of the bracket or the face of the bumper?

I went back and did a sheet 2 to let the dimensions dictate the angles and I think we are closer, here is what I found. I'm at 2 degrees on the 1 3/4" angles and 4 degrees on the 4 3/4" angles. You will note I changed the 4 13/16" upper dimensions to the same 4 3/4" dimension of the lower hole set, this is the only way I could get the box grid to match with symmetrical angles.

Thinking about it that would only make sense in that on a typical mounting base you try to keep the bolt hole pattern symmetrical. Since the two dimensions were only 1/16" apart in the original measurements it looks like it is simply a tolerance error in the measurements from the mark I eyeball.

Regarding the thickness of the bracket, you go away from the bumper as I did take my measurements to the face of the bumper. I've added some photos for clarity, including one from @BlueBronco as I did not have the offset to the face mounting Bronco bolt. Also, his photo may allow you to calculate the front edge radius.

Ok... I’ll start over. The even numbers will definitely make it easier. I had assumed you measured the brackets, so I went the wrong way... but bumper measurements make it easier as well.

Distance along the curve. Unfortunately, didn't have the bolt hole as the focal point. This measurement is -1 inch.

You do know the Bronco was built using metric measurements? I bet you'll find the actual measurements when you translate your numbers.

Your correct, I did use the M6 size as my estimate for the Bronco Bolts. But as far as measurements I used an inch scale ruler so I stayed with that for the design. I did get the angles to align when I changed the top measurement to 4 3/4 as there appeared to be a tolerance error in the mark l eyeball.

I've designed a number of items in metric when needed but in this case I stayed with the same scale.

Metric tip of the day, here is a handy google tool I use for quick conversions.

Bumper end cap measurements. First pic is for reference. All measurements are -1 inch. And sorry about the focal points or lack there of.

And a couple bonus measurements of the windshield frame accessory mounting points. All measurements are -1 inch.

This measurement is bolt to bolt from the passenger mounting point to the driver mounting point. Do not subtract an inch. It is also a straight line and not along the upper curve of the windshield frame.

And one more super extra bonus. I spotted this little guy behind the bumper and directly below the tow hook - frame mount. This is on a BL. One would think it is a pigtail for the fog lights. It may be possible to switch out the BL light switch for one that contains the fog light switch instead of having to burn one of the overhead auxiliary switches to control fog lights.
