Module build tracker question

My '22 was supposed to be built end of May, but I'm still waiting on shipping per the dealer. When I go to the "Module tracker" I notice many don't have all 4 lines filled in. So my question is "Do these need all four lines filled in to be completed?"

As built data only has 3 lines of code. But no, not all of them will be filled in. Some lines will only have 1 or 2.
