The FP parts won't be added at the factory. You will have to order them from the dealer. You can try to see if they will give you credit for takeoffs, but I doubt it will work in your favor.

If you are getting the Black Diamond, then don't opt for the optional wheels. The steelies are actually in demand. Shipping them won't make sense. But depending on your local market, you should be able to realize $800 - $1k. That will help offset the cost of the new wheels. You likely won't see the same return from the dealer.

New tires. An 18" inside diameter tire won't fit on a 17" wheel.
