New Bronco sub and amp replacement

I agree with the majority of the negative feedback on the 10 speaker B&O system in the new Broncos. I replaced all of my speakers with JBLs and it sounds great but the sub and amp are weak. Has anyone had any luck accessing the factory sub and amp and replacing them. Would like to keep the aftermarket sub and amp in the same place and not take up trunk space. Any help is appreciated..
