Been reading through the posts about the alerts that people are getting when they take off their doors but, I also read one that happened after the guy installed his lift. I recently put a 2.5" lift and 37" tires on mine and things just started happening.

My pre-collision and hill assist alerts popped up. It seems to be a problem or is it?

Any help is appriciated.

Check your wheel sensors. They may have damaged one installing the lift.

I will do that. Is it a possible recall issue since so many are having similar issues?

I thought there were reset calibrations required when you do any sort of lift. I know when I called Town and Country Ford to schedule a 2.5" lift on my old, now totaled, stock new Bronco the quote included some monies for recalibrations. Oh, that also included a larger tire set up that I was going for as well. Think the quote was for 33" or might have been 35" tires over the stock wheel tires on that old OBX.

Since the Bronco was totaled the week before the scheduled appointment, I have zero clue what those were/are.
