This is an incredibly cool post! To have that letter addressed to your grandparents and their car is absolutely priceless.Ford has been doing these sorts of things for years and it's pretty cool! Glad you got that and it's looks very high quality. As others have said, @EIGHTLUG will have to grab his B.A.L.L.S. and S.T.E.P. up for something completely different. SEND IT!
Back before Ford would make you something, you could get a letter from the VP. In this case, this is the letter my grand parents received after trading in their '55 T-bird for the '61 that I now own.
Godspeed, Mr. Iacocca, you did a lot for the American automotive sector in your life.
Hey, @Ford Motor Company it's okay if I don't get a follow-up letter like the above when my Bronco arrives. The dealership still gets a kick whenever I drive the '61 T-bird in to pick up parts for our '19 Ranger Lariat.
Strange thing is that the '61 T-bird was the last new Ford our family ever purchased. The GF bought the '19 Ranger, so this Bronco will be the first new Ford in my bloodline since '61.This is an incredibly cool post! To have that letter addressed to your grandparents and their car is absolutely priceless.
No truer words have been spoken! LolIn a couple years you'll be looking at that framed window sticker on the wall and reminiscing about the days when cars were so cheap.
