Mine has never been fixed. Even after my original order changed. Finally got a VIN and build date (3/25), but still the original model photo. Does it really matter any more?

I would say in your case since you have a VIN and a build date they could have a picture of Grandma Moses on there. Don't mean shit at this point, eh?
Hang in there, you might get surprised. I reserved day 3 and I checked the backdoor link every day, and then one day I got a scheduled date for Jan 31. Then it got bumped to Feb 7, and then crickets.
About a month later (March 3, 2022) my dealer called and said it was there. I never got an email, and the scheduled date never changed status.
I am hoping everyone here gets a surprise like that soon!

If you don't have a reservation and placed a walk-in order at the dealership, you can't track your order on Ford till you get a VINMy Ford.com account shows nothing. But I have their confirmation email.
