Correct Sir, you don’t need to remove trim rings to change tires. Some shops might think otherwise and request you remove them prior to new tire install, (or misunderstand thinking you’re actually referencing the bead lock), or they may do it themselves, which I wouldn’t want since they appear to be easily stripped -especially with speed wrenches! Definitely a conversation you want to have with shop up front, and if they insist go elsewhere or remove trim rings yourself
